We offer training and consultancy to bring about real change. This training is not a one-off session. It involves looking at all internal structures to evaluate, change and monitor anti-oppressive values, behaviours and actions.

The public sector has long engaged with training on equality and diversity, involving one-day training and webinars. Not only has this not worked but we believe that it can never work. How can the history and impact of racism and sexism be explained, learned and then changed in one day?
